No experience? No problem! Our Teen & Adult Taekwondo classes are beginner-friendly. Our instructors will guide you step by step, whether it’s your first time or you’re returning after years away.
Just wear comfortable athletic clothing (like a T-shirt and sweatpants) and bring a water bottle. If you decide to continue, we’ll help you get the right uniform and gear.
We recommend training 2–3 times per week for the best progress. However, we offer flexibility, so you can train at your own pace and even make up missed classes.
Absolutely! Taekwondo is a full-body workout that improves strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Plus, it’s way more engaging than a traditional gym workout.
No. Sparring is introduced gradually as students develop skills, control, and confidence. Safety is our priority, and all sparring is done under close supervision with proper gear.
Yes! Our Teen & Adult classes are designed to be inclusive, so you’ll train alongside people of all ages and backgrounds, from high school students to working professionals.
Yes! Many parents train in our adult program while their kids are in our youth classes. Some even train together! It’s a great way to bond and lead by example.
